Frequently asked questions

We are proud to offer babysitting services in which a trained staff member comes to your room or suite.

• Any time of day or night - as from 8am until 10pm
• 48-hour advance notice required

You can also drop off your children (ages 3–12) at the kids' Villa, a safe, supervised space with an indoor playground and adult-led activities.

For connecting rooms with your little ones, you are kindly advise to notify our team as soon as possible due to limited connecting rooms inventory.

Our Chef will be pleased to cater for baby foot option during your stay, you are kindly invited to inform our reception team for same upon arrival. 

For seperate sleeping areas, we recommend our spacious SO Family Beach Villa, including 1 king size bed and an alcove space with 2 single beds for 3 children under 13 years old or 2 teenagers under 18 years old.
